Jenelle needs to keep apprised of deal because I kept getting calls to pick up the car. I could only pick it up on the date that was agreed upon when I left a thousand dollar deposit. If it wasn't for Sadrac I was considering walking away from the deal. More

Reached out via the internet, I was promptly contacted and given a good competitive quote over the phone without hassle. I received better quotes elsewhere but the courteous service, promptness and respect for my time more than made up for the small difference in price. The good experience continued at the dealership. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was quickly and kindly greeted by Eyal Eitan who then was responsible to complete the process. Eyal patiently but quickly explained and went over the paperwork, took care of my trade-in, answered questions and didn't try to hassle me with extra fees. The quote I agreed to is the price I paid. Eyal and the team were able to get me out of there with my new RAV4 in a very reasonable amount of time. The finance manager, Luis Valdez, also provided excellent service as did Jennelle the Internet Salesperson. A truly good experience. Thank you all, Rino More

I wanted to buy Toyota LE first time, and My dealer (Alvaro Granados) fully explained to me about other options (LE, LE+, LEX) And, He gave me reasonable price.
