WARNING, THIS IS GOING TO BE LONG DUE TO ALL THE COMPLAINTS: I went there with my wife and children last night. I had an agreed price for a 2020 Limited Premium AWD Sienna with a specific color outside and inte I went there with my wife and children last night. I had an agreed price for a 2020 Limited Premium AWD Sienna with a specific color outside and interior color. I was very clear and transparent that I was financing and looking to take advantage of the rate that was being offered on Toyota's site and that I would not qualify for the rebate, based on what I read because I wanted the 1.9% financing. (take one or the other) She said she understood and gave me the agreed upon price. I made an appt to go meet with the internet sales person Jennelle McKenzie. When we got there, we waited about 15 minutes and then passed off to a sales person, Andy. He went over the agreed upon price, and we were turned off from the beginning. Lower model and he may have said that by mistake, but being every dealer has been pushing XLE, I wouldn't have been surprised if he was pushing that, and the color was wrong for the interior. Again, might have gotten that wrong, but the interaction from the beginning didn't sit well. We were also told they located three cars that fit what we were looking for but only showed one sheet with one car info. I asked if we could see all three sheets to see the options and Andy the sales person said NO. He stated that there are just too many (hundreds) to look at. We said fine and moved on. They agreed to take our last two lease payments of our current vehicle as part of the agreed price, but when it came down to the final price, all of a sudden they said that it was $1500 more because we did not qualify for the rebate. I was very clear with Jennelle over the phone that I was to do the 1.9% financing with Toyota and knew that I would not qualify for the rebate because I wanted to finance. The sales person, Andy then obnoxiously goes, we recorded the phone call, so we know you didn't say you were financing with us. I discussed with Jennelle over the phone that I was indeed doing the 1.9% financing and she said not to worry, and that the rate was good until Monday, November 4th, as I said I would not be able to make it to the dealership originally until at least Friday, November 1st. Randy Abreau?, the general manager also who was brought over said..How are we suppose to know if you meant you were financing with us, unless you state it. Remembering conversation specifically with Jennelle over the phone, we did discuss it, as she stated it was good until November 4th. Aside from asking for cross bars and remote start to be included, we were not looking to negotiate anything in addition, but to have them honor the agreed upon price. I also asked over the phone with Jennelle if there were delivery fees or anything we needed to be aware of, being they had to locate the car. I have it written down that she stated it was $75 dealership fees, Tax and DMV Fees. When speaking to the sales person and the general manager, Randy (Abreau?), he stated that they always have delivery/transporation fee of ($350) and dealer fees of ($350) and it was basically a total of $700.00 So again, more lies and surprise fees. At that point we left, as I clearly stated we were no longer interested and Randy kept pushing, stating we can't make a deal? We inquired about a USA Triathlon Membership discount rebate as well, which was $500. They did locate that and said it would be applied after the taxes. In addition, Randy said he would give us either the cross bars or remote start. The rebate goes direct to the dealer, so they really were not throwing anything in, as my membership discount was paying them for it. Again, more trying to bait and switch. From everyone I dealt with, it was stating one thing but in reality state something else and try to charge us more. I felt none were honest and I will let anyone know about this dealership. Very misleading and not transparent in anything they say. Jennelle followed up with me today, October 31st, and I stated that we were not interested based on all the..lets just call them what it is....LIES were were told. I also stated to her that she told us the dealer fees were $75, which she then cut me off and said that the fees were $75 only if we paid in cash. So if the conversation is recorded in fact, then they should know that Jennelle lied to me over the initial phone call and never stated paying in Cash. Especially since we discussed the Toyota Financial rate being good until November 4th. Jennelle would cut me off and came off rude. I stated I was a consumer and said I didnt' appreciate being cut off as I was telling her our issues and what was Falsely said. Never would go there again!!!! More

They truly deserve the 5 STARS!! I mean it, 5 stars...from the first phone call to driving out in my new Rav4 Hybrid, I could not have been happier. I actually had fun! I said it several times, “This does not feel like the usual car buying experience”, which I have had in the past but never again!...Now that I’m Westbury Toyota for life! So much so, that I brought my dad there 3 weeks later and he drove out in his new Corolla. Jenelle set me up with Bernie after explaining a bad experience I had at another dealership. I asked to work with someone who doesn’t mind a thousand and one questions. I can not explain how perfectly paired I felt. Bernie is so patient but above all honest and I felt he had my best interests in mind (and he’s funny too!). He brought us in to Dina to finish up and honestly, we felt she too had our best interests in mind. They are what will keep us coming back and recommending Westbury Toyota!! I’m so impressed by them!! Thank you guys! More

Rude and just ridiculous Well I went in this dealership because I was a customer from previous car. I went in and stated what I needed and my situation. They came back right away with playing games and low balling my trade. I have been to 7 other dealers who offered me the same on my trade but this dealership thought it was a good idea to try to play games. I got up and walked out. Rude sales person and really no knowledge of what it was they needed to do. I went to another Toyota where I was treated with respect and they offered me the right amount on my trade and helped me out in so many ways. See at the end of the day it should be about gaining a customer who will return and do business with you and send new people your way. Westbury will never have my business again.. More

They go above and beyond....and then some! I was in an accident and my car was totaled so needless to say I wasn’t very excited to have to shop around and haggle with a salesman for a new car. Marivin Gatling was the most amazing salesman I have EVER worked with!!!!!!!! He was sympathetic to my situation, got me a car that was almost the exact one that was totaled, had great personality, quick to respond to calls, and got me an amazing deal. Marivin offered to pick me up from enterprise when I dropped off my rent a car. Doesn’t end there. When I went to pick up car And was in showroom it was after a long day at work Marivin offered me a coffee. I replied sorry I don’t like coffee but I really could use a sugar free RedBull just kidding. Well within two minutes Marivin had my drink! OMG that’s service.
