Great service department. Clean and comfortable. My wife and I do not own Subaru's but we choose to service our cars at this location since its the best service center around Clean and comfortable. Just called ahead to make an appointment and to make sure we would have the necessary parts for my service. Showed up and service was completed without a hiccup. This was my first "service" on my new 22 legacy, they did an oil change and i thought they spilled oil since it smelt badly for a week after. They immediately reached out to give a free oil change next time an oil change and i thought they spilled oil since it smelt badly for a week after. They immediately reached out to give a free oil change next time and washed inside and outside of the car and engine bay to make it right, something i wasn't expecting at all. Very good service and friendly! More

This dealership valets my car to and from my work location. Communications include text updates. The staff continually updates me and the valet transport team phones me when they are onsite and ready to drop off a loaner car. I appreciate the honesty and expertise. This dealership even honored the oil change coupon from another Subaru dealership which conveniently forgot to honor the coupon even though the service writer at the other dealership acknowledged my coupon at the time. Granite State Subaru dealership washes my car for FREE and also washes my Weather tec floor liners. I know this dealership will help me maintain my car until at least 280,000 miles. I give this particular dealership my highest professional recommendation. P.S. I have been in Pharmaceutical QC for over 20 years. More
