False Promises & No Return Call After the Sale I contacted them after reviewing prices on Auto Navigator and Car Gurus and they repeatedly contacted me and say before I sign with someone else to co I contacted them after reviewing prices on Auto Navigator and Car Gurus and they repeatedly contacted me and say before I sign with someone else to come in so they could give me a better deal. Turns out it was not a better deal and things advertised turn into something g completely different when I was given a deal. It took much longer than expected when I had already come in with a pre-approval and then I was asked to provide bank statements and a work letter. When I questioned that I was told my finance company was asking for that information and I could go their computer and print 3 months of my bank statement. I wasn’t comfortable with that and called the finance company and they told.me I didn’t need to do that they had verified everything already. The Finance company then asked to speak to a person at the dealership and I gave my Sales Rep the phone. They then told her I didn’t have to provide any verification to the dealer. I was promised my first free oil change and I didn’t get that. I called the next day and left a message about how when to get my license plates and have yet to be contacted back by the Sales Rep. Before I came in they were blowing up my phone after they got a sale. Things went silent. I felt baited and switched. If they hadn’t of had the color I wanted the day I went there I would have shopped another dealer. I was mentally exhausted by the time I left there. They don’t push for what you want they push for what’s going to increase their bottom line. When it’s time for me to purchase another car I wouldn’t return to this dealership Can’t remember em the name of the sales manager that promised me the free oil change and didn’t give the information to the Finance Manager. More

Very Competitive After about 30 mins of negotiations, due to credit score and down payment requested. I was about to walk away, then I was asked for my final offer. They spoke to Hyundai Financial services and i was approved. I was in and out within 30 with financing then had their vehicle specialist walk me through the entire car system step by step. He even waited patiently while i was on the phone with my insurance company to add the new vehicle. They were all extremely pleasant. More
