while my wife Stacy and i were shopping for cars online, we came across a car which we thought may be a good fit for us and reached out to the seller. soon after that inquiry was sent, we received a video we came across a car which we thought may be a good fit for us and reached out to the seller. soon after that inquiry was sent, we received a video message from sue brink who is one of the sales professionals at sears import auto. We called sue to let her know that we were interested in the car and would like to schedule a time to see it in person and possibly go for a test drive. We coordinated a time to meet up and to look at the car. when we sat behind the wheel and took it for a test drive, we just knew that we found the car for us. Sue was knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer our questions. The following day we went to sears imported autos to finalize the purchase agreement. The moment we stepped through the doors, we were welcomed with smiles, and we felt like we got the RED-CARPET treatment. Jennifer, who is one of their business managers, seamlessly guided us through the purchase agreements, it was a very smooth process.
