After months of searching I found the vehicle I wanted online, called Sears and talked to John. Within minutes John checked to make sure the vehicle was available, once confirmed he sent me a walkaround online, called Sears and talked to John. Within minutes John checked to make sure the vehicle was available, once confirmed he sent me a walkaround video and identified one minor wheel blemish. I agreed to purchase - Jennifer in finance emailed me paperwork and the next day the deal was done. John helped me find transport and the next day the car was loaded and the next day I took delivery 800 miles south of Minneapolis. So to recap - I called John on Wednesday and agreed to buy the car after seeing the video - completed the sale with Jennifer on Thursday - John found me transport for the car which loaded on Friday and I took delivery in Oklahoma City on Saturday evening. The entire transaction was fast and flawless. My experience with John and Jennifer and Sears could not have been more simple, straightforward and enjoyable. Everything from sales to delivery and the car itself has exceeded my expectations. More
