I urge anyone considering buying or servicing a vehicle here to take their business elsewhere. The core of my current issue is simple: a clear, undeniable manufacturer's defect on my vehicle. When I brought the car in, expecting the courtesy and expertise due to any customer—let alone one who has contributed significantly to their bottom line—I was met with immediate, unhelpful resistance. Their staff, without listening to the technical explanation I was clearly trying to provide, dismissed the serious defect as "merely cosmetic." This is a flat-out lie and a shameful attempt to shirk responsibility under the manufacturer's warranty. This is not about a scratch; this is a fundamental failure they refuse to acknowledge, demonstrating a shocking lack of concern for both customer satisfaction and mechanical integrity. The entire interaction was defined by arrogance. The representative was rude, dismissive, and refused to hear me out. My history as a loyal client was completely irrelevant to them. They were more interested in pushing me out the door than resolving a legitimate warranty claim. You don't buy five cars from a dealership only to be treated like an inconvenience when you need actual service. My loyalty was not valued; it was exploited. This is a dealership that only cares about the sale, not the service or the reputation. Do not frequent this establishment. You will find better pricing, better service, and genuine respect absolutely anywhere else. They have traded five sales for one scathing review and a lifetime of lost business. More

Then I will encourage my wife to do the same based on how she feels about this service department and hopefully we will feel better after expressing ourselves and ultimately help/warn others. All over a car key! It's also worthy to note the key I need is for a car I purchased 2 days ago from this same dealer that only came with one key!!! Hyundai of Rockland Service Department does not deserve one star. I plan on servicing my vehicle elsewhere. More

They were honorable and repaired the peeling areas . After the 1st extended warranty came out and expired our paint started to peel everywhere else on the car . When the 2nd peeling paint warranty extension was issued I contacted Rockland. I was told they're trying to negotiate with body shops to do the work but they had no idea how long that would take . They said they would notify me as soon as they get a body shop . That was 6 weeks ago .We haven't heard back from Rockland yet. Either they didn't get a body shop or maybe don't want to be responsible for their company's faulty paint ? It's very disappointing the customers have to call multiple dealerships to correct this problem while many of them seem to have excuses why they can't repair it . More

I made a new car purchase via the internet based on the inventory they had posted. Lots of good interaction via email and by phone from several staff members in sales, finance and management. Was able to schedule pick-up within a week, and had a great experience at the dealership when finalizing the deal. Domonique was my first contact, she worked with me to negotiate pricing and coordinating pick-up. She also helped me get the bluetooth connections set up, and ensured I knew about the vehicle features so I could drive home 150 miles safely. She followed up within a week to see how things were going and offered for me to come in for help, given the steep learning curve. The vehicle is high tech! Luis was very patient as I reviewed the sales contract and debated about whether to finance or do a cash sale. Manny also helped along the way and a delivery. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very nice and eager to be helpful. Vehicle was prepped and ready to go upon my arrival. More
