In my opinion, I believe that Ford Mills in Barter has as good a service department as any dealership in the country. I have always been treated well by everyone at Mills. I was poorly greeted. The brakes were not inspected and I was not given an explanation. I was told to “enjoy the new oil”, which is an odd reply. I was told my vehicle was washed and it clearly was not. I returned the next day to have it washed by Gary. He is the only person I encountered who was polite, kind and professional. Ashlee did not greet me at all when I paid. In fact when I reached for her to hand me the receipt to sign, she pulled it back from my reach and loudly said “you have to sign this”. This was disturbing to me as I was trying to sign the receipt. She covered the notice saying there is a credit card fee. When I asked about the upcharge, she was extremely rude. I have been going to Quick Lane for years. The last two times have been a non-professional experience. Please train your employees in customer service. I do not know if I’ll return to this establishment. More

I had a protective rubber shield on the underbody of my truck that was partially coming off and seemingly due to a missing bolt. I had took a chance and drove in asking if Ford Service would put it on a l truck that was partially coming off and seemingly due to a missing bolt. I had took a chance and drove in asking if Ford Service would put it on a lift and take a look and replace the missing bolt or if something else was the issue then we would have scheduled that service. It was a missing bolt (bolt that had worked it self loose) and they fixed it then and there. I was happy because if I had let it stay the part that was loose may have hooked on something and ripped off the part of the shield that was secured. I was planning just to come to the Ford parts group to get the correct bolt and washer and put it on my self but was glad that Ford Service took a look while it was in the air because then they could tell if it was just the bolt needed or something else. I got lucky because it was near the end of the day and the technician had an extra bolt so no charge for the work. More

Yup they got it done, software update, they washed my car when finished as well. Highly recommend Mills service. when finished as well. Highly recommend Mills service. More
