I visited for two services: 1. 2024 EV9 – first annual maintenance service 2. Second-row left seat recliner not functioning properly For the first service, they rotated the wheels. 2024 EV9 – first annual maintenance service 2. Second-row left seat recliner not functioning properly For the first service, they rotated the wheels. However, for the second issue, they informed me that the required part was not available and would arrive within a week, after which they would call me. It has now been a week, and I have not received any update. This has been a recurring issue with this dealership. For any service related to the manufacturing warranty, they either do not have the right skilled technician or the necessary parts. Even during my last service, it took them a month to fix the recall issues. I also had a rear-view mirror digital camera problem, and they did not have a qualified technician to address that either. ZERO stars! I brought my 2022 Kia Soul in to have my engine light checked out & was told it would be $300 to have it diagnosed & if there were repairs, they woul I brought my 2022 Kia Soul in to have my engine light checked out & was told it would be $300 to have it diagnosed & if there were repairs, they would use that towards the cost of repairs. Great. Go for it. While I was in the lobby, the receptionist directed me to a saleswoman who, to kill time, showed me a $23,000 2025 Kia Soul while I was waiting for a diagnosis. She told me Kia would take my 2022 Kia Soul as a trade-in towards the 2025 Kia Soul. She repeatedly told me to not worry about the 2022. Stop thinking about that car. They were taking it as a trade-in & it is not my concern anymore. I thought it was wonderful & little did I know, too good to be true. We took the 2025 for a test drive & of course, I was in love. It was a step up from what I was currently driving; so much nicer. We got back to the dealership & she took me in to her managers office. While we were in there, they spoke in Arabic the entire time, except for the few times they spoke to me, which was extremely rude and disrespectful. I told them if they can take my car as a trade in & get me in the new 2025, I would take it that morning! While the manager was busy hitting my credit repeatedly (7 times, might I add) to try to find someone to finance the new car, the woman was rushing me through everything, not really explaining anything to me, confusing me & told me that she picked the best option for me, never telling me any other options, & tried to get me to leave with the 2025 BEFORE I was even approved or signed anything!! She told me I have 55 days to make my first payment (turned into 25), make 3 consecutive payments of $709 and they would refinance it to bring my cost down to $400, which is what I was paying on the 2022. Again, with the intention of trading in my car, I went through the new contract & signed the dotted lines. As soon as I set the electronic pen down I was immediately handed a jump drive with all of my contract documents on it. She woman rushed me out of the office and into the 2025. She said she was going to follow me home. Kool. Whatever. Maybe to make sure everything worked ok & I was happy?? As I'm driving, she is driving my 2022 behind me. She almost rear-ended me & laid on the horn as if it was my fault she almost hit me when I had to hit my brakes because a car stopped in front of me. She parks my car in front of my condo, in the fire lane, & asks me to take her back to the dealership. I agree and on the way, she told me they couldn't take my car as a trade-in because I owe too much, but because I have gap insurance, I should push my car into a lake, take it to an empty parking lot with no cameras and report it stolen, take it back to the dealership I purchased it from and they have to take it back with no hit to my credit since the gap insurance would cover it, or "she knew some people". I'm sorry, what? Did you just tell me to commit fraud? She was talking in Arabic on the phone to her manager as I drove her back and dropped her off at her car so she could go to a doctors appt. home and freaked out. Now I have $1,100 in car payments for 2 cars in a single income household. I have had panic attack after panic attack. I looked at the jump drive & noticed my incorrectly typed in initials are TYPED in, solid black boxes covering up information so I can't see what's under it, several boxes not ticked that should definitely be checked off, type-o's all over the place, and several different insurances that I did not ask for or get explained that I was going to have. These are not on the document I signed. I also unwillingly donated money to a child to be able to go to a private school. I DON'T EVEN HAVE KIDS!!! My $23,000 car is now $45,000, I have a very messed up digital contract, a $19,000 car that I am still making payments on, and $900 for insurance on 2 cars, PLUS whatever other insurances they added for the interior, exterior, appearance, etc. etc. AND, the service dept made gay jokes. I'm gay. Thanx for that. More
