From day 1 I had issues with this dealership and had buyer's remorse from day 1. I leased a new vehicle and when I went to set up automatic payments, I noticed the lease was for 48 months not 36 (at tha buyer's remorse from day 1. I leased a new vehicle and when I went to set up automatic payments, I noticed the lease was for 48 months not 36 (at that time I didn't realize you could lease for 48 months) Shame on my for not catching it when signing, but I felt it should have been pointed out. When I called the Finance dept, his flippant response was "You should have read before you signed, and you signed it!" About 3 weeks in, I started having audio, navigation and a few minor issues. I took it to the service dept with a recording of the issue) After 3 hours, they told me I would have to bring it in for a Software update and leave the car, it would take 5-6 hours. That was the first of 5 times that I left the vehicle (one time the car was there 3 days and they refused to provide a loaner) At one point I called and asked for the General Manager and was told that he or the Service manager, Joe would call me back. I stated I did not want to speak with Joe, I wanted to speak with the GM... Joe called me back. After the 5 visit and it is doing the same thing on the way home, I was done. I was tired of feeling like I was being unreasonable that my 3-month-old car's audio skipped like a broken record. I went to a different dealership, got rid of that car, upgrade and got more options with similar payments. This was my 6th Kia and the WORST experience I have ever been through. However, Jennifer was very understanding, but one understanding person doesn't make a dealership. More
