Disappointed that I purchased a 2024 Nissan Frontier on June 12th, in the glove compartment was owners manuals for a 2026 Frontier. Apparently they just want to sale vehicles and not provide necessary support. Disappointing. Took 42 minutes to get me checked in. I’m sitting there waiting and I had to ask why no one was checking me in. He told me that he thought I was already checked in. I said oh is there a plastic number on top of my car showing I’m checked in? I was told it would be 5 hours since they were going to do diagnostic. My appointment was 220 pm I didn’t get a call back until 130 pm the next day. I kept calling and leaving messages and told someone would call me and no one did. I don’t understand why I didn’t get a call the same night to let me know they needed to keep my car overnight. More
