I pretty much had my price down before I went to the dealership & checked out the 2017 Cruze Hatchback. Scott went with me on the test drive & was very helpful in letting me drive on the highway & local roads. I was impressed with Scott's knowledge of the car and the different accessories and how to locate them, since it was different than my former vehicle. Scott was very personable and made me feel like I really counted as a person and customer. The follow through to the final purchase went smoothly with no hassles. I had been dealing with another dealership and kept getting the run around on price and extras. I would recommend Scott Philbrook to anyone who is looking for a car & a great experience. Jennifer Newton was a big help with getting the money aspect and helping me set up the ON Star. More

Since we had stopped at another dealer before, we had our guard up because we got totally screwed over, but Charles was very upfront with us and was amazing from start to finish. We wanted a beater car, with his non pressured salesmanship he talked around $10,000, because we also wanted a warranty but I didn't want to pay so much for a used car, so asked what the price of a new car is and couldn't believe it was only a few thousand more. And what's crazy is that I don't regret the decision. There was no pressure at all, he was just showing us the vehicles and giving information on them. Before we knew it, we had sold ourselves the car. More

Misleading and dishonest. They sold me a car they did not have a clear title on. There was a pre-existing double lien on my car they never mentioned. I had multiple different e They sold me a car they did not have a clear title on. There was a pre-existing double lien on my car they never mentioned. I had multiple different employees of different levels promise new plates, regs and the title within a period of two weeks. It took over 2 months (and multiple temp. plates, which is not legally smiled upon) for me to receive all legally required paperwork and forms. One of two things happened- either multiple employees were haplessly unaware of the process of legally selling a car, which is mighty disconcerting. or They knew what the legal conditions surrounding the car were and sold it to me nonetheless without making me aware in any way and before they themselves had clear ownership to sell it. Buying a car is stressful enough process, in and of itself. But to be mislead and false-promises repeatedly made, causing you months of headaches and worry if you going to get into legal trouble, is something no one should ever have to deal with. More
