Easy!!! I totaled my car the day before my wedding and I had it for over 10 years. I felt like I had NO idea what was going on in the car buying world and the I totaled my car the day before my wedding and I had it for over 10 years. I felt like I had NO idea what was going on in the car buying world and the few dealerships we had visited before going to Tom Gill did not want to deal with me and my lack of knowledge and it was obvious. I like how they sat me down asked me what I was looking for and my budget before we started looking because he was able to remind me of those things when it was decision time! He didn't let me go over my budget!!! And due to my 10 year gap between cars he's helped me with the technology part!!! I have to say I was also very impressed with everyone there because when Bill was pulling the car around or I was waiting on financing people constantly were stopping by asking how I was doing and making sure I had something to drink even though they knew I was already working with someone! It was a very Happy, Positive, Team environment. More
