She was more concerned that the vehicle was the right one for our needs and did not pressure us to buy a vehicle. The finance person Brett Ritchie was also great to work with. He also was patient and answered our many questions regarding the financial aspects of the purchase and available additional features to take care of the vehicle (extended warranties, maintenance agreements, etc.). Both Jennifer Painter and Brett Ritchie went to extra effort, and took extra time attending to additional details, to make sure the vehicle and the financing was perfect for us. More
