The staff all were amazing- friendly, efficient and explained everything to me as it was my first time there. They offered me an Uber ride home!! The only frustration I had the first time was that I took the vehicle to change a light that came burned out from the factory and they did it quickly. I arrived at 10 and my appointment was at 10:30 and at 1 the vehicle to change a light that came burned out from the factory and they did it quickly. I arrived at 10 and my appointment was at 10:30 and at 11 it was ready and Andy tried to tell him that my car was ready and he wouldn't let me talk to him. He treated me very badly. The first time, so as not to continue explaining, the car was delivered to me at 1 pm. Imaginify my frustration. He didn't even give me the receipt paper. I don't know what was wrong with him, but I am a client there and this is the first time this has happened to me. More

Brought my car in for a oil change this morning, at the point of inspection of my vehicle it was discovered that I had a nail or a screw in my tire, the technician had removed it without any consultation w point of inspection of my vehicle it was discovered that I had a nail or a screw in my tire, the technician had removed it without any consultation with me, I saw my vehicle in the lot when I returned to pick it up and saw the tire was completely flat I had a conversation with the advisor at the point the advisor suggested that I would need a new tire for sum of over 200 dollars, I was told that they do not patch or plug tires for safety purposes. At that point of time I requested for them to put my spare tire on so I could bring the tire somewhere else to be repaired. I hope this is not common practice for this dealership to do to other customers to take advantage of them . More
