Caring, knowledgeable, and responsive. I am a member of Toyota PROS (for top-Toyota sales personnel) and was salesperson of the year in 2024. I have over 700 clients, about half of whom are repeat buyers or referrals from prior clients. My educational background is in social work and I earned a graduate degree in psychology. In other words, I enjoy people and advise them with complete integrity. Before joining the dealership, my husband and I laid down two criteria: (1) work for a great, reliable brand and (2) join an honest, transparent, service-oriented dealership. Jennifer was super nice and helpful, she made the whole process very smooth and easy. We didn’t know what we were looking for we just knew we wanted it to be Toyota because of their reliability but she was process very smooth and easy.
