Caring, knowledgeable, and responsive. I am a member of Toyota PROS (for top-Toyota sales personnel) and was salesperson of the year in 2024. I have over 700 clients, about half of whom are repeat buyers or referrals from prior clients. My educational background is in social work and I earned a graduate degree in psychology. In other words, I enjoy people and advise them with complete integrity. Before joining the dealership, my husband and I laid down two criteria: (1) work for a great, reliable brand and (2) join an honest, transparent, service-oriented dealership. In our 50+ years of marriage, we had purchased VERY few new cars. I am a retired real estate sales person, so I respect commissioned sales people. We visited the dealership several times because we had n new cars. I am a retired real estate sales person, so I respect commissioned sales people. We visited the dealership several times because we had numerous questions, The gentleman we met - Diego Marin - did a superb job of answering our questions and calming our concerns (because of our specific needs, we required some "handling). In the end, the dealership had the perfect car for us and my wife actually cried for joy, as we drove it away! More
