Signed and Agreed to buy a used Jeep on a Friday night if they were able to get an extra $1000 for our trade. Manager Said that they would try and get more for our trade on Monday. Hadn’t heard from the sale they were able to get an extra $1000 for our trade. Manager Said that they would try and get more for our trade on Monday. Hadn’t heard from the sales person on Monday so I texted him and said they sold the Jeep on Saturday. Told me that just because I signed saying I would buy it didn’t matter because they don’t hold vehicles. Never asked for a deposit or told us that it wouldn’t be held. Beyond upset. We had Set up insurance and financing already. Drove over an hour down there twice to look at it. More
