While waiting for so xDrive Gran Coupe. He is a hard working and honest guy. He was very kind, always responded quickly, and put us first every time. While waiting for some of the paperwork and applications, Jason was a pleasure to chat with about travel, life goals, and technology, he treated us as friends. He made sure that we were satisfied with the car and that it met all of our needs. He was never pushy and gave us all the time we needed to decide on the far and figure our financing. Their marketed price was below kbb, carguru, Edmunds, JD power, and Carfax assessed value. Our BMW 440i is an amazing car and is loaded full of features. Jason actually knew more about the car than many of the BMW pre-owned dealers we visited. When it came time to finance, Jennifer made it easy for us. Since they are partnered with our credit union, pulling up my pre-approval was super convenient. Jennifer was patient with us, even when I made some mistakes on the application. She answered all the questions we could think of to make sure we understood the services that came with the car and the options we could add on if we were interested. She didn't pressure us when we declined the options for our own personal reasons. We couldn't be happier with our new car and we so glad Jason and Jennifer were there to help us! More
