Brandon Hickson-Hamilton was my very first contact when I called, and I could not have asked for better treatment, assistance, and guidance throughout this entire experience. As I discussed with Brandon, I had set up an appointment with one of your competitors, but decided to check with your dealership first since it was closer to home. Upon arrival, Brandon was waiting for me and had the car we discussed there waiting as well. As we test drove the first vehicle, we discussed the other dealerships I had been to and the competitor’s dealership that I planned on visiting after I left Honda. After a lousy first experience of buying a car from a dealer I was a bit apprehensive this time. However, I had an amazing car buying experience at Ourisman Honda of Laurel. The interaction I had with Mr. Anthony (sales manager) made the experience tremendously easy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions patiently. We were able to negotiate a good price for the car with him. I would highly recommend calling/emailing Anthony at Ourisman Honda (adautomotivegroup.com) to anyone who is interested in having a great car buying experience. Also, my experience with the Finance Manager Jennifer Smith was amazing. She really worked hard to get me the best rate possible for my installments.
