Dakota and Jennipher are always great! ! I always get a loaner vehicle when I bring my vehicle in for service or repair. The reason for the low rating this time is the service department, ! The reason for the low rating this time is the service department, I brought my 2022 Chevy 2500HD Silverado High Country Duramax into the shop because over 4 weeks ago I hit a trench that was dug across HWY 172 on Camp Lejeune. The trench had been filled with gravel but the rain had washed it out and the trench was not marked as a bump or to slow down, it is now, but I hit this trench/pothole doing 60mph, my truck hit so hard it through me to the side of the road. Ever since then the front suspension has not felt the same, I now feel every crack in the road in the steering wheel, floor and the mirrors shimmy. When I picked up my truck the service department said there is nothing wrong they test drove it. I have been turning a wrench since I was an eight year old boy, I spent 24 years in the Marine Corps as an Amphibious Assault Vehicle Mechanic, I can hear, smell or feel when there is something wrong with a vehicle. They is something wrong with the front suspension on my truck and I am getting to old and broken to be crawling around under my own vehicles like I used to. Enough said, I am not pleased. More
