While the overall service experience was great I do have an issue with the diagnostic fee policy. If I have a problem diagnosed and decide to not have it fixed at this service center then sure, the fee is an issue with the diagnostic fee policy. If I have a problem diagnosed and decide to not have it fixed at this service center then sure, the fee is well justified. But if I do decide to have it fixed at this service center I believe the diagnostic fee should be waived or at the very least reduced. Just my thoughts on the matter. More
