I have no words. I was treated well at their service department but after the time they had my car I was told this is how my car was designed and they could not find anything wrong. Needless to say, my department but after the time they had my car I was told this is how my car was designed and they could not find anything wrong. Needless to say, my car is at another dealership where they have found my issue and called in an engineer to look at it. They conclude that its an issue with my cvt transmission and its covered under my warranty. More

Service was slow and did not fix the problem. I brought the car in mainly due to a rattling and puttering sound from the exhaust system, something I had experienced with two previous Outbacks. I was told the car in mainly due to a rattling and puttering sound from the exhaust system, something I had experienced with two previous Outbacks. I was told that it would cost $66 for a half hour of technician time to diagnose the problem. I agreed to that and to a standard 60,000 mile "tune-up". After sitting in the waiting room for four hours, I was told they had done the "tune-up" (at a cost of $820) but had been unable to diagnose the exhaust problem. As it was 5:30 pm they said that there was nothing else they could do that day, so they suggested I leave the car overnight (they did provide a loaner car). I expected a call from them by mid-morning the next day, but I did not hear from them, so I called at 1:30 pm to find out what was going on. They asked me to come back in and test drive the car with the service rep. The sound was not as pronounced and there was a lot of background noise (the parking lot was being resurfaced), so she said that she could not hear a problem. She suggest that perhaps the technician "banging" on the exhaust system had "knocked" it back into place. She said I could come back if it re-emerged. More

It was fine but I didn't understand taking photos of my car or the Initial comments on the invoice. I assume that you are just covering your rear end. Kind and very accommodating- I am from out of state, and they had no problem getting my car in within 24 hours with no hassle whatsoever. Staff was kind, comforting to know there is a Subaru such as this ne they had no problem getting my car in within 24 hours with no hassle whatsoever. I had a dead car battery, so I called Bob Rohrman and a tech came right over and gave me a jump for no charge. I drove over to the dealership and got right in for a battery test and a new battery for a goo tech came right over and gave me a jump for no charge.
