Appears the service department front line are overwhelmed with paperwork and initiation of customers arriving. Customers are waiting.unnecessarily. Like any time I have to service, it takes much longer than stated with little updates about progress. Only to be told at the very end that they can't properly fix the problem I came in for in the first p than stated with little updates about progress. Employees very pleasant and courteous. Noticed some employees not properly wearing masks. More

Really disappointed to pay 65 dollars for something that didn’t fix anything for me . And the. Be expected to pay another 310 dollars . I paid for a reprogramming that didnt work then was expected to pay fo didn’t fix anything for me . And the. Be expected to pay another 310 dollars . I paid for a reprogramming that didnt work then was expected to pay for a new key for 240 before tax then pay another 65 to program a new key . That’s not acceptable in my opinion. More

So the 1 thing I would change there is your check in process. what happened to the days of here's the keys, my car is over there, see ya later call me when its done. Im pretty sure you already have vide process. what happened to the days of here's the keys, my car is over there, see ya later call me when its done. Im pretty sure you already have video cameras recording everything in that high tech shop, 4 pics with an ipad is just not needed, in my opinion. More

Marvin Hudson was great as usual!! I have sent multiple people to him and they all love him! He is Fast and clear on explaining every detail, friendly and can really tell he cares about you and your family people to him and they all love him! I had to have my 10 month old while signing papers and Mike was very patient with me. My only complaint is the service department. I’m not sure if it’s a communication error but there was an issue with a service in my previous Subaru and then I get a new one and they put the wrong window deflectors on so now I have to come back to have the correct ones out on. I work 2nd shift at SIA so it’s a little harder to get up and bring my car in early enough to make sure it’s done before I have to be at work. More

My car was in for routine oil change and service. I had also requested a wheel alignment. I was told the alignment should be delayed until new tires were installed. The remaining service was accomplished also requested a wheel alignment. I was told the alignment should be delayed until new tires were installed. The remaining service was accomplished in timely fashion, with a nice complimentary wash at the end. Also updated radio software at no charge. Well done!! More
