Thankfully, the management has changed, and the new team is focused on customer service again. Jens Albrecht and team, understood our requirements, and got us back into a nice, new, Habanero Orange Tiguan! And... with the new changes and updates, we were glad we had a re-orientation with all of the new features. It seems the team is refocused, and making a very conscious effort of taking care of their customers again. More

I was looking around the showroom and Jens, one of the salesmen there, introduced himself and helped me out pick out the car most suited for me. He was very helpful, and not at all pushy! He's quite knowledgeable and has wonderful interpersonal skills. I chose Wellesley VW because of all the positive reviews I read as I was looking for a dealer. I wasn't at all disappointed! The people there are really helpful and again, not at all pushy! VW has a great leasing program! It even comes with free roadside assistance. I love my new car, too and look forward to many miles of happy driving. More

Great Experience!! I felt very unlucky when a tree fell onto my 2016 Jetta during a storm and the insurance company declared that it was totaled. I really liked the car and had only had it for one and half years. I reluctantly started searching for a new car. I saw online a 2017 white Jetta was on sale at Wellesley Volkswagen and decided to check it out. It was quite straightforward to schedule an appointment with them. Then I needed to reschedule my test drive appointment and Jens gladly accommodated me. When I asked about whether they have other Jetta Sports available, especially one in black color, Jens checked their inventory right away and made quite a few suggestions. One of his suggestions was a gray/beige color Jetta Sport that was manual. I got excited right away. I always preferred driving a manual then automatic car. Even though Jens had the data sheet and keys ready for the white Jetta, he ran and got the other Jetta ready for test drive right away. Also there was a beautiful 2019 Jetta in the showroom. I asked about it and Jens asked about my budget first instead of trying to get me to spend more money right away. After the test drive, I decided to buy the car. He explained thoroughly the documents and other items I would need to bring when I pick up the car. I was able to get everything together earlier and called to reschedule the pickup. Again, Jens accommodated my request without hesitation. The car was ready when I got there. He went through all the paperwork with me quickly and efficiently, and did not push me to get unnecessary features just to boost the sales. I was very happy with the experience and Jen’s professionalism. I felt very lucky to be able to find a car that I like so quickly. And this would not have been possible without Jens. I highly recommend you to contact Jens at Wellesley Volkswagen if you are looking for a used or new Volkswagen. More

We visited numerous dealers in the Worcester, My wife and I shopped cars for 3 weeks before purchasing a certified pre-owned Jetta from Wellesley VW. We visited numerous dealers in the Worcester, Providence and Boston area. These were all reputable dealers but we dealt with a lot of pushy sales people. I dont have any problem telling people no and where to go but it was a total waste of our time. When we finally visited Wellesley VW the salesperson (Jens Albrecht) let the car speak for itself. It was clean and low miles and was priced properly. In fact I checked the model year and trim against Auto Trader, Edmunds, KBB, Cars.com and TrueCar. Their list was very competitive. The sales person, sales manager and finance manager at Wellesley VW were extremely professional. I didn't get blindsided with strange fees and they didnt try to push any other products on me. That was very much appreciated as I had already walked away from a deal due to last minute storage fees and dealer inventory costs? I don't know what these are but I refused to pay them. At Wellesley I paid sales tax, reg and the doc fee. This is the 5th vehicle I have purchased from a dealer and this was by far my best experience. If your looking for a VW these guys are definitely worth checking out. You can get a fair price and a great car without any BS. I wish we had started here. More
