So all we wanted to do is visit a showroom and purchase a vehicle – no BS, no frills, no pressure, no extras. We dreaded the thought of having to go through the same BS routine that all dealerships seem to embrace. And over the last four years we had bad experiences with two local VW dealers, one involving a disrespectful salesman and one involving a dishonest salesman – we walked out on both and never looked back. Working with Jens at Wellesley VW was a breath of fresh air. We arrived in the showroom on a Saturday morning, text drove the vehicle, put down a $500 deposit and paid the balance when we picked up the car on Monday. Since we explained that we were paying cash, Jens bypassed the requirement of meeting with their finance person and handled 100% of the transaction himself. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Unlike the majority of our experiences with all types of dealerships, Jens Albrecht put his emphasis on customer service. And unlike most dealerships, Jens Albrecht listened.
