I worked with Mike C. Mike was very funny. The car sold itself. I almost had my mind made up when I arrived. His job was not hard. He was able to accommodate my indecision. I drove around two cars and leaned toward the SR Turbo. I did not get the turbo. Mike was supposed to as a salesman tell me why the more expensive car was worth the buy. Mainly to convince my husband. Salesmen should sale. 😊 Mike is young and witty, but I hope he will learn to appear a little more confident. I appreciate his sense of humor, my relatives did not. A suggestion is to acquire a little more professionalism. Don't ask too many personal questions unrelated to business. Unrelated personal questions make customers uncomfortable. I had Mike pull up two different cars in the cold. He affixed my plates. His service met my expectations. Extra kudos to Jerad B. -finance. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The information given when you meet with him helps you decide on maintenance plans and extras. I might cancel them later, but he gives a great sales pitch. More

I received an offer to trade my 2018 rogue sport and decided to check it out. I was paired with salesperson Ron to look for a new vehicle he listened to my wants and he nailed it with the first car! This will be my 5th Nissan with Russ Darrow Nissan. Jerad, the finance guy was awesome he explains everything in a way that I am fully informed about my major purchases. I have had the pleasure of working with him in the past on a few purchases as well. I stay with Nissan because of these guys first and I like the Nissan products. I would like to add a special review for Terrance he is always helpful and answers questions for me even though he has not been my sales guy they make the car search and purchase an enjoyable experience!
