I initially called Colonial Dodge to talk about a lease special for the Dodge Charger and was connected with Jerell Difulvio. We spoke for several minutes and he listened to every word I said. There was no pressure and he also did not hurry me to come to dealership. Any other dealership I spoke with in the past would barely answer my questions and tell me to come to the dealership and "we will make something work for you". I was upside-down in the loan for the car I had and I was trying to fix that situation--and I wanted my car payment to be less than I was currently paying. The numbers were not going to work out for me to get the charger-but Jerell tried everything and spent a lot of time trying to make the numbers work. He did not try to convince me to pay more than I wanted-there was never any pressure. Jerell did not give up and he ended up getting me into a brand new 2013 Chrysler 300. They gave me top $$ for my trade in and I am no longer upside down with a car loan---first time in several years!! I am so grateful to Jerell and the team at Colonial for putting so much time and effort into getting me into a brand new car and a MUCH better loan. Thank you Jerell!! More

Jerell was friendly and low pressure. He made sure I saw exactly the car I'd asked to see, and then, when I had concerns, looked for other cars that met my criteria. No trying to talk me into wanting someth exactly the car I'd asked to see, and then, when I had concerns, looked for other cars that met my criteria. No trying to talk me into wanting something different, he simply paid attention to what I wanted and tried to find a way to provide that. We had changed our mind on financing and so all the paperwork had to be done over and he and the business manager, and the others we dealt with, all were completely pleasant and understanding when we redid the work. I'm completely satisfied with my experience. More

Excellent new car purchase experience!!! We had been to other Chrysler dealerships in this area. One dealership was very high pressure and tried to sell us what was on the lot even though color and feature other Chrysler dealerships in this area. One dealership was very high pressure and tried to sell us what was on the lot even though color and features were not what we wanted. The other dealership didn't pay much attention to us. Colonial Chrysler had the perfect mix! Jerell listened to what we wanted and offered several options. We were able to test drive the exact vehicle we wanted with exception to color, Jerell searched and found the color and all features we asked for. We highly recommend Jerell and Colonial Chrysler for an excellent car purchasing experience!!!! More

I had the pleasure of meeting Jerell at Colonial by accident. I went in and asked for two other associates that had high reviews but neither of them were there. Five minutes after meeting Jerell I was so happy I did. He was very pleasant and knowledable and low-keyed...which was exactly what I needed. I did not need anyone pushing me into sales, extras and/or anything else I did not want. I liked his approach too...before we looked at anything we sat and talked. My husband and I had done our homework for almost a year so we knew what we wanted, the ballpark we'd pay for it and where we'd go. I had a Dodge Caravan that I bought new 14 years ago. I loved everything about my Caravan but this time I wanted a Town & Country. We went over a list of must haves and likes and not necessaries...Jerell excused himself (such great manners which was a HUGE plus to us)and came back with a vehicle. It was the one we ended up buying. It had everything plus and was the exact color I wanted. It was perfect. Because we were there later on a Friday we had to go back the next day to finish paper work and then again on Monday for the registration and such but they took care of us nicely there. Jerell made sure we had a full tank of gas by the end of all the visits back and forth and with the price of gas that was a nice touch. He even showed our boys around all the "cool" trucks. I was one of those that would do anything to avoid car shopping but Jerell made it a nice experience...I'm serious! I know this review took a while to get but I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly and their word was true on everything and to date it has been. I LOVE my new T&C! We bought the car in August and it's now two months later. I would (and have) recommend this dealer to everyone. It was an hour away for us but worth the drive. I'm happy we did. If you're in the market for a vehicle check them out. They look small at a drive by and there's no fancy showroom but you get quality serive and a quality vehicle and that outwieghs the rest. Don't forger to ask for Jerell! We're happy customers. More

In an age when great customer service seems to be a lost art, Jerell showed it still exists. He was thorough, professional, knowledgable and, most importantly, never made us feel pressured. He went the extra mile on several fronts for us during both the purchase and a quick follow-up visit. I couldn't be more happy with his service for us and would recommend him to anyone. Colonial has earned our future business and Jerell is a big reason we will return.
