I had the pleasure of meeting Jerell today when I went in test drive a vehicle. Jerell was polite, kind, informative, transparent, and above all not pushy. I followed suit after my son an daughter bought a Jeep at Colonial. I ran into several problems on my end with no fault to Colonial. Jerell was very understanding and offered any assistance. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The team was fantastic and worked together fluidly. No matter who I asked a question to they new there stuff. With so many shortages out there, other dealers seem fantastic and worked together fluidly. No matter who I asked a question to they new there stuff.
