elvis54016, I apologize you are unhappy!! I spoke with sales, service and my cashiers none of whom were aware of this issue. Our technicians don't get paid to clean out cars and we certainly will not remove anything from a vehicle because we will get accused of theft. I regularly check out my new car dealer competition and out of 7 dealers no one offers free rental or loaner car because of the cost or liability of having a vehicle on the road. Our policy at Hudson Chevrolet GMC is as follows: New car purchase sales pays, New car Warranty GM pays $46.00 a day, Used car warranty claim Luther Advantage pays, Used car extended warranty the contract provider pays, no warranty the customer pays and it is only free for special circumstances otherwise there is always a charge. All of the new car dealers I called today have the same policy so I don't know who all these other dealers are giving out free cars? I would be happy to replace the CD if one of my people cracked or damaged it but I need to have a conversation with you and see the damaged CD.
