This dealership is local and convenient. Ron as a salesman is respectful considerate and motivated to help the customer. Nick from Finance is spot on with his work ethic and interpersonal skills. The manager at this site is down to earth and cares about his customers experience and wants to assure any issues are resolved to assure returning customers. He will intervene wherever necessary. Right now is not the best time to buy a vehicle w higher prices due to demand, low inventory and low trade in allowances. More

Every time my car goes into service, it comes out with multiple new issues. Brought in for oil change and found out that an oil change was not performed. This caused leaking of fluids which service dept c multiple new issues. Brought in for oil change and found out that an oil change was not performed. This caused leaking of fluids which service dept could not figure out and then brought the car in bc key wouldn’t come out and now have dent in car. Marti did not charge for second oil change but this was after being told I was going to have to pay for a second service by another employee. I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and have always brought my car to this dealership for service. It has always been fantastic until this last year. I don’t know what has changed but it’s enough to break my trust. More
