When we first came to the lot, we weren’t looking to buy, we were just passing time but we knew I’d need a new car soon. Jeremy came out and suggested we test drive the 21 Subaru Outback that I may or may no we were just passing time but we knew I’d need a new car soon. Jeremy came out and suggested we test drive the 21 Subaru Outback that I may or may not have been eyeballing. After telling Jeremy that I drive about 1000 miles weekly, work night shift, take my daughter to hockey so I need to fit hockey sticks and gear, and I had 2 dogs, he pointed out the safety features of the car, the comfort features, how huge the trunk space is, and other bells and whistles. He was also very courteous to my daughter and my dad who had tagged along to the lot. After this we got his phone number and I’m pretty sure my husband must have worn him out with questions but he was consistently helpful. When we decided we wanted to buy he helped us through everything from designing the car, keeping up to date for when it would arrive, answered questions regarding specials or financing, and when the car arrived he streamlined the process for us very well. When we spoke to Avery in financing he wasn’t pushy about options like the extended warranty or gap insurance and the experience was phenomenal considering how big a purchase a car is. Jeremy went through the electronics and other settings on the car before we left and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions, stating that if he didn’t know and answer he’d find out. This was my first time buying a car off a lot, much less a new car, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I’d always wanted a Subaru and I’m glad we had such a good experience. More
