Hi! My name is Jeremy Bongle, Service Advisor here at Germain BMW of Naples. In the fall of 1999, I decided to leave the cold Wisconsin winters behind and moved to sunny Naples. I've been in the automotive service industry since 2009, and with the Germain family since 2014. I really enjoy helping people and take pride in treating customers as though they were a family member or friend. My free time is spent with my beautiful wife, our two amazing teenage daughters, and my crazy three-year-old son. Football season is my favorite time of the year, where I loudly cheer for my Green Bay Packers. I look forward to meeting you!

When I was at Germain BMW previously Jeremy Bongle pointed out a couple of other issues that he thought should be addressed soon. I contacted him, the parts were ordered & we scheduled the service. Outstandng personal service Everyone at Germain BMW treats me as if I had a $100,000 car instead of a 2011 128i convertable. My service adviser Jeremy Bongle is the best, yesterday he was able to get me an appointment that coinsideded with getting my dog groomed and saved me a 2nd trip. He also takes the time to know what my car needs so I don't pay for unnessasary service, I consider him a friend. More

Not your father's/mother's car buying experience! I went into the dealership without a spouse or partner, (my husband was out of town,but I didn't mention that.) I met JJ and he immediately started th I went into the dealership without a spouse or partner, (my husband was out of town,but I didn't mention that.) I met JJ and he immediately started the process of selling me a car. It was a great experience. He was professional and very straight forward. No any hidden costs, or haggling. We are thrilled with our "new" preowned BMW. I would highly recommend JJ...and I already did! More

He immediately had a tech begin servicing my car. When it was realized my car needed to be reprogrammed with the new battery installed ,Jeremy immediately arranged for me to have a loaner car. The programming can take hours. Jeremy promptly called me the next morning letting me know my car was ready for pickup. More
