Hi! My name is Jeremy Bongle, Service Advisor here at Germain BMW of Naples. In the fall of 1999, I decided to leave the cold Wisconsin winters behind and moved to sunny Naples. I've been in the automotive service industry since 2009, and with the Germain family since 2014. I really enjoy helping people and take pride in treating customers as though they were a family member or friend. My free time is spent with my beautiful wife, our two amazing teenage daughters, and my crazy three-year-old son. Football season is my favorite time of the year, where I loudly cheer for my Green Bay Packers. I look forward to meeting you!

The only dealership I will ever got to have my BMW's serviced. Adrian Pena my service advisor was extremely knowledgable and very friendly. As always Germain was a pleasure to deal with. George Donovan has been my Service Advisor for the past 10 years. He is very knowledgeable, quick to return calls, and doesn't try to sell unnecessary services for our BMWs.
