Disappointed Sales department is great however the service department is terrible. Lured in with an email for a free oil change but when I came in for an oil change I got charged. The coupon "expired" conveniently. Service representative wanted to brag that they completed all of the recalls! Dont brag about completing something that is a ford issue. Back seat is still broken in the down position from a part they were supposed to order a year ago. Guess it's still on back order! Their only highlight is a female.named Tabby. She was wonderful too bad the guy with no personality wasn't. That's why I usually go to Gattos. More
