BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE JEREMY COLLINS was helpful in every way of this major repair. His concern, professionalism and flawless customer service skills are something that Kelly Ford needs to address to him. From walking in to the service receptionist, to meeting the shop manager to meeting Service Advisor Jeremy Collins was a very very pleasant experience. The politeness of your staff from Charlie at the new car front desk and every other employee was on point, top of the customer service meaning. I have previously bought 3 used cars from Kelly for 2 daughters and my mom, The Kelly Ford experience has been absolutely 2nd to none. But this time at the service dept., Jeremy Collins, Service Advisor has the Management, Customer Service, and One on One skills to a customer that a Dealership should be proud of having a man like that representing their brand. I can not say enough about this man, he was without a dought the most thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable, caring and professional person that I've ever had help me. the best auto repair experience ever my wife and i were so delighted find kelly ford service department here in melbourne florida. we took our 2008 ford focus to kelly and our service re my wife and i were so delighted find kelly ford service department here in melbourne florida. we took our 2008 ford focus to kelly and our service rep, jeremy, found us a special on pirelli tires which enabled us to replace all four tires. then he went further by applying for the rebate on our behalf. the staff was fast and extremely friendly and courteous-offering us a telephone charger as we sat and waited. they had free snacks, water and other drinks available as well as several large tv sitting areas. i had a real aversion to dealership service departments too. i expected to replace the brakes and also redo my alignment but was happy to find out there would be no up-sale or unnecessary repairs suggested. i'll definitely do business with this company for a long time. thanks kelly ford staff. Appreciatting the Jeremy Collins Service Experience This past week while dropping a Ford vehicle off for regular maintenance and repair I was greeted promptly, professionally, and friendly by Jeremy Col This past week while dropping a Ford vehicle off for regular maintenance and repair I was greeted promptly, professionally, and friendly by Jeremy Collins. His check-in process reassured me that Kelly Ford understood what regular maintenance and repairs were being made. He recalled the previous days phone conversation with the vehicle owner, explained how the shuttle process worked, and sincerely made me feel cared for. Observing his demeanor with other customers both on the phone and face-to-face made me aware how much I appreciate genuine and value added customer service. Jeremy Collins specifically interacted with one customer who was quite under the weather and had fallen asleep and was snoring in the waiting lounge. His gentle ability to awaken the customer, thoroughly explain the vehicle’s problems and solutions in details the customer could understand demonstrates Jeremy’s customer service value. He took the time to ensure I got the info I needed to make my purchase a smoothe and happy experience. Other sales agents Doug Finwall and Reggie Morton, that I encountered where also professional and where egar to help in any way. My entire experience was that I felt that I was part of the family rather than a customer. My experience in the Service Dept. with Mr Jeremy Collins was also excelent. He kept me informed on the status of my Ford pickup that I drove up for repair. He also explained the repairs and cost needed and time needed to make the repairs. My first time at Kelly Ford I am from Miami and had been to three Service Centers including one Ford in Miami area - could not attend car because I was driving to Palm Bay. Been to Ford in area here, did not have time until much later. My issue could not wait for five days. When I got to Kelly Ford Jeremy Collins shocked me first of all. As soon as I got to his line of sight he was out the door. But I thought he certainly can't be coming to my car, how could he have seen me that quickly? I thought, it has to be that he was on his way out before my car pulled up. But, I was wrong. He came directly to my car. He is an amazing young man, dedicated employee, extremely professional, kind, and considerate; truly and asset to Kelly Ford. I am blessed to have been directed to find Kelly Ford in Melbourne. Not only was my experience pleasant and productive, I met two lovely individuals; a lady named Myrna from Melbourne Beach - described it as "far from here" and an intelligent and kind gentleman from Orlando - whose name I don't remember. All the way from Orlando. He said he comes to Kelly Ford because of its great reputation. I have NEVER been to a place like this. I also met a nice young man who washed my car - I think Tory or Troy is his name - he also backed the car out because he intuited it would be hard to clear the area - he does not know that I have physical limitations, or perhaps he sensed it because of the Handicap Sign in my car- so kind, I also met an African American young man in the car wash area who was extremely gracious and polite because I had to walk back there to get my car since I was late for an appointment: apologetic and gracious. I have always had Ford cars, but I am certain that my next car will be a Ford when I can afford a new car because of my experience with Jeremy Collins at Kelly Ford. I must say overall, everyone was super nice; Janet who got me coffee, another young man who washed my car, Someone from management man named Amore who I met accidentally , when I opened the front door, without been aware it was the front door because of the construction taking place in front of the entrance. Not a negative experience, but it started with Jeremy Collins. More

Excellent service Just had my second visit to Kelly Ford in Melbourne, FL for service. We are newer to the area and didn't know who to use for repairs. I checked on some repair shops in the Viera, FL area and was not happy with the reviews. I decided to go to the local ford dealer. This is my second time using Kelly Ford and have been Very Happy with the results. They are courteous, and the service writer waited on me quickly. They gave me a ride home and when my car was repaired they picked me up and brought me back to the dealership. We are very happy with the results and will use them again. Jack McGoldrick More

February 21, 2017 I met with Jeremy to service my 2010 Ford Escape. Jeremy's professionalism and his time spent with gave me assurance that I needed. After he reviewed my vehicle's leak, he explained in detail the leak problem, the cost and he arranged for a shuttle to take me home and pick me up when the repairs were completed. I am 80 years old and have only driven a Ford vehicle since I passed my Driver's Test [60 years ago]; I want to thank Jeremy for he is more than a Service Advisor; he is a compassionate young man that is representing Kelly Ford and all Ford owners. More
