We called several Dealers in the area to find out about loaners while our truck was being serviced and was told they don't offer that service. We called Kelly Ford and they said "come on down" they have loaner cars. We had some maintenance issues that were of concern to us so we left our truck for them to look into. Jeremy was our service advisor and Kelly Ford hit the jackpot with this young man. We thought we needed new tires, front end alignment, new brakes, tune up and just an overall health check which turned out to be much less on the maintenance side than expected. This dealership could have done everything we thought we needed, but they were so upfront and honest about it, that we determined this was our new Ford dealership going forward. We will be buying another Ford in the near future and Kelly will get that business thanks to our Service Advisor and his character. More

Disappointed Sales department is great however the service department is terrible. Lured in with an email for a free oil change but when I came in for an oil chang Sales department is great however the service department is terrible. Lured in with an email for a free oil change but when I came in for an oil change I got charged. The coupon "expired" conveniently. Service representative wanted to brag that they completed all of the recalls! Dont brag about completing something that is a ford issue. Back seat is still broken in the down position from a part they were supposed to order a year ago. Guess it's still on back order! Their only highlight is a female.named Tabby. She was wonderful too bad the guy with no personality wasn't. That's why I usually go to Gattos. More

He provided a comfort zone that was necessary in order to make the correct intelligent decision regarding my vehicle service. The tech eval identified the problem source and I chose to wait for my vehicle. During this time I had occasion to interact with many other Kelly Ford staff...everyone had great interpersonal skills...a compliment to HR and management. Casey Tucker, in sales, was also a pleasure to talk with regarding the Escape family of vehicles...very friendly and informative in a professional manner. We will certainly recommend Kelly Ford.
