Update: coming down from 5 to 2 6 months forward after my purchase, I am pretty disappointed in their competency, especially of the finance team! Last minute during my purchase, and after being there for my purchase, I am pretty disappointed in their competency, especially of the finance team! Last minute during my purchase, and after being there for 4 hours, I was persuaded to buy the extra insurance (Mile One) with the option of being able to cancel anytime. Two weeks into it, I review the terrible costumer experience online and decide to cancel. Long story short, it took over 6 months to get this done since they made a clerical error and money first went to BMW headquarters and then to the former owner of the car. AND, they tried hard to blame me for it. Unacceptable from a costumer's point of view. More
