I knew that unfortunately I would have a difficult time purchasing a new car. My credit was terrible. But Jeremy was very understanding and at no point did he or the other staff make me feel that it was ho purchasing a new car. My credit was terrible. But Jeremy was very understanding and at no point did he or the other staff make me feel that it was hopeless or that I deserved less then the best service. Jeremy and Chad from finance worked extremely diligent to get the loan. They really went out of their way to make my family and I feel welcome. I have limited mobility so instead of me walking the lot to look at the cars Jeremy brought them to me. He was really wonderful. We had an absolutely fabulous experience and he made sure I had everything I needed. More

The entire team, especially Mr. Harr and Mr. Young, worked magic to get me out of a lease 5 months into it, and used their mutual knowledge to get me into a new vehicle that match my needs. At first I was skeptical about the Nissan Rogue, but Mr. Harr's factual portrayal of the vehicle before, during, and after the test drive made me at ease with the choice. Not even 24 hours later I fell in love with my vehicle and am glad I listened to Mr. Harr. In addition, they all worked their "number" magic and got me where I wanted to be with my payment. Overall, I never felt pressured by anyone, I felt very well informed afterwards, and kudos to Mr. Burge for being the quickest finance guy I've ever worked with. The entire team has earned my business the first time, and this second time have made me a customer for life. My experience at Ricard Nissan was positive in every way. Jeremy Harr was knowledgable, friendly, and most of all PATIENT! I went to Ricard convinced I wanted an Elantra, and after much test driving, was l Jeremy Harr was knowledgable, friendly, and most of all PATIENT! I went to Ricard convinced I wanted an Elantra, and after much test driving, was looking into two different cars, my boys spied the shiny red Cube on the showroom floor. Jeremy got it out of the showroom and after about 10 seconds behind the wheel, I was in love! Spacious inside for my growing boys, and very responsive. We took it to the beach last month, the Cube drove great, handling the mountains well with four people and fully packed. The gas mileage is pretty great-I seem to be averaging between 29-31mpg between my highway and city driving. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. I love the quirkiness of the Cube--we definitately get a lot of looks and questions. Thank you, Jeremy for the hours you spent with me over two days helping me get to my perfect vehicle! Thanks to everyone else at Ricard as well-from the office and showroom staff to the the mechanics--everyone has been helpful and professional. Well done! More
