The process was pretty easy but we waited for over an hour to do the financing to start. I was told the car had a ceramic coating on it and it does not. The sales man told me to go get it buffed and wax hour to do the financing to start. I was told the car had a ceramic coating on it and it does not. Apparently the first sales contact was professional and set up the appointment to meet the next day. But he called out of work that day and replaced him Jeremy which was outstanding in every aspect of gett set up the appointment to meet the next day. Jeremy was nice and so was the guy who did all my loan paperwork. The manager not so much, they give you all this paperwork and Jeremy told me that a lifetime warranty was included for transmission and e paperwork. The manager not so much, they give you all this paperwork and Jeremy told me that a lifetime warranty was included for transmission and engine, but it was not included they add it on for 3000 something and then proceed to give you all this paperwork and not explain that. I went back 2 days later to have that warranty removed but the manager said he couldn't remove it even though I told him I did not want it. He had an attitude and said everyone took it. I thought the policy return said 3 days. My rating is due to the manager and the false information received. It would have been higher if it weren't for that. More
