Great Experience We went to FairOaks Ford Lincoln for the first time. It was Adam who answered the telephone inquiry when we inquired about their inventory. He said he would get the car we wanted in the dealership today if we wanted to see it and he did just that. Fair Oaks has a lot of friendly staff working all the way to the finance department. We worked with Jeremy at first going over the highlights of the car we were intersted in. Moved over to Jeremy the Manager and then Adam helped us out at the end. Bob in warranties and the Finance Department were very helpful and giving of useful information. Overall I would say it was a relaxing process. More
