Bought a used Mercedes SUV at a premium price, the price was not negotiated and thats not a problem , but they pushed the cleaning fees for the car. When car was received the mats were muddy and the cleanin was not negotiated and thats not a problem , but they pushed the cleaning fees for the car. When car was received the mats were muddy and the cleaning fee was hundreds of dollars!!! The day after i brought to the dealers attention that the passenger seat had a rip and if they can take a look at or recommend a vendor they use to get it fixed , at least for a discounted price, and their answer to everything was “its a used car” . That “used” car costs more than any car in that showroom . Not happy, with how i got treated after the deal was done. More
