I spent a month trying to get ahold of someone to set an
appointment through the call center and ended up having to drive to the service center in person to set the appointment, got delayed another week due
appointment through the call center and ended up having to drive to the service center in person to set the appointment, got delayed another week due to no specialist on site for the day of my appointment, didn't check tire rotation when requested, didn't bother topping off fluid's (bone dry), honestly wouldn't be shocked if they didn't even do the oil change. One star mostly because Nissan won't stop harassing me for a review.
