I cannot say enough good things about the Service Department at Westboro Toyota. I have been using Westboro Toyota service department for over 30 years. They are experts in diagnosing and fixing pr Department at Westboro Toyota. I have been using Westboro Toyota service department for over 30 years. They are experts in diagnosing and fixing problems, but also care about their customers and treat customers with patience and respect. Recently I purchased a vehicle at a different dealership and that dealer wanted me to wait until Monday to service my new vehicle because their workers go home early on Friday. My new vehicle had displayed an urgent message late Friday morning and said to take the vehicle to the dealer immediately. So I called Westboro Toyota Service and they scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. At the appointment they ran the diagnostic and resolved he problem quickly. Westboro Toyota Service Department understood how urgent is for me to have the vehicle for the weekend. Because I have a family member who has health issues and often need to get to a medical facility quickly. But even if that were not the case, Westboro Toyota Service Personnel realized that being without a vehicle for an entire weekend is quite serious and would do that for any customer. They were diligent and persistent in resolving the issue and very kind. I recommend the Westboro Toyota Service Department after years of their team taking excellent care of my Toyotas and making certain everything checked out before a long trip, or just for day-to-day use. It doesn't take much to go from hero to zero. ... I had to pay $50 for a car rental after spending the full day for a simple 2-hour warranty service that was not completed. Toyota is a great bran ... The service manager, Alfredo Lopes, destroys Toyota's reputation with NO care for his employees and creating a horrible customer experience. More

Jeremy provided excellent and compassionate customer service when my car needed immediate attention as we were away from home from NY. Not only did he agree to fit me in on a busy day, he made sure to k service when my car needed immediate attention as we were away from home from NY. Not only did he agree to fit me in on a busy day, he made sure to keep me well informed of what’s going on. He got us back on the rode in less than 2 hours.
