We drove over 300 miles to visit the lot based on the selection and prices we saw on the website and it was definitely not a mistake. This was the best car buying experience I have had by far. When the time comes, we will drive back to Paris KY again! More

We made the 3 hour trip down there and was impressed from the time we pulled up. We were greeted outside, offered drinks/snacks, nice leather couches to sit on and the car we came to see was retrieved for us and brought to the door. The deal was made and we are very happy! Even after the purchase we had a few concerns and Jeremy exceeded our expectations and took care of our concerns. I mean immediately! Top notch dealership! Will definitely go back for our next vehicle and would recommend to EVERYONE! This is why they have been in business sooo long! More

Jeremy Lindon supplied me with this information prior to us making the drive to Paris, KY which was wonderful. We were looking for a 4-door truck that could fit 3 carseats in the back, and they had a 2001 Chevy Avalanche. We bought it after taking it for a test drive and really liking it. The day after we bought it, it had mechanical problems. It was taking 2, 3, 4, 6 times to start. Our sales person told us to bring it in. It needed a new fuel pump. After speaking with Josh Cummins, he made sure we did not have to pay for any of the repairs. We are thankful that they made it right and I would recommend Dan Cummins to someone who was buying a new or used vehicle. More

He was kind, patient in dealing with a complicated woman, and treated me like a friend, instead of someone he could make commission off of. Car shopping in the past was very stressful, but Sam made it so easy, that I didn't mind having to go back for more paperwork. He was prompt in keeping me informed of the loan process and truly went above and beyond to put me in a vehicle that I could afford. I give him 2 thumbs up. Brian Taylor was also very friendly in following up with me. The guys in finance also went above and beyond. They work great as a team. More

The saleman made the experience work When I found the car (2013 Cadillac ATS) online, and inquired by calling the dealership, my initial experience was not good. I was put off and had to When I found the car (2013 Cadillac ATS) online, and inquired by calling the dealership, my initial experience was not good. I was put off and had to call back three times in order to get someone who would help me. You need to work on that team to make sure they know they are the face of your dealership to anyone reaching in from the Internet (i.e. most out of state buyers). I live in Georgia so the drive 500+ miles round trip could only be made worth it by a good experience. It was only when I was assigned a salesman, Ciprian Zisu that things began to change. He handled everything for me, made me aware of all of the issues, had two tires installed and the car was cleaned and immaculate when I arrived. During the purchasing process, he was on top of the details, held the others in the process accountable and walked with me through each step to make sure I was satisfied. At the end, he followed up the following day and then again to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. These are the kinds of people you need in a dealership of this size (or of any size). Please see that Ciprian is rewarded for his outstanding salesmanship. I will be a return customer and willing to drive the distance for service like that.
