I just purchased my 6th vehicle from Regal Kia last month. I am loving my 2025 Kia Seltos! It looks sharp and rides great. I get so many compliments on it. I had wonderful service and attention from Delvin from the very start. He wasn’t pushy and showed me all the vehicles I wanted to look at. He was available to answer my questions whenever I called. The follow up has been great. He has checked to make sure everything was fine with the car and to see if I had any new question concerns. It has been a very pleasant car buying experience. More

I wasn’t very satisfied on my recent visit I usually deal with Justin but he was not in. Jeremy did ok but I wasn’t real happy when I found out my tires were not rotated with the oil change. I returned after with Justin but he was not in. Jeremy did ok but I wasn’t real happy when I found out my tires were not rotated with the oil change. I returned after leaving to inquire why and to ask why I didn’t receive the mechanics diagnostic sheet that tells what was checked and all the details. I ask the women who was in the receiving area and she asked who my advisor was and she would go and get him. Jeremy came out and I asked why my tires were not rotated and he he handed me the diagnostic sheet and said when the front tires have more tread than the rear they don’t rotate which I did not know. He then proceeds to say that he asked if I had any questions when I was at the cashiers desk earlier? I told him I did not know the tire depths because he did not go over the spec sheet that he originally never gave me! I was not happy that I brought in a coupon for $59.13 oil change and still was charged over $70.00 he explained and went over the math. This was probably an oversight of small print on my part but seems useless to even send a coupon which doesn’t get charged at face value. Jeremy apologized but at that point I was frustrated and left. More
