Writing I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. From the beginning, communication was poor and I felt pressured instead of helped. The staff gave inconsistent information, delays w this dealership. From the beginning, communication was poor and I felt pressured instead of helped. The staff gave inconsistent information, delays were not clearly explained, and my concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed professionally. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating experience because of the lack of transparency and customer service. I expected honesty, clear communication, and respect as a customer, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I would not recommend this dealership to others unless major improvements are made in how customers are treated and informed throughout the process. More

Kia Regal dealership is a very friendly place always willing to help make your experience easier. They are very caring.
