The dealership isn’t the issue. It’s the company itself. I realize it’s not the dealership’s fault, but the issues we’ve had on this vehicle and the fact that we have made more trip It’s the company itself. No car wash, no snacks, furniture needs replacing. Wasn't notified if I needed other services done until I was leaving. Wasn't told where my car car was located when it was ready. Horrible communication. They broke the side off my seat and didn't even tell me. When I called back to report it just as I was driving off I didn't get a call back for over They broke the side off my seat and didn't even tell me. When I called back to report it just as I was driving off I didn't get a call back for over 24 hours and still not offer to replace what they broke! Horrible. Won't be back. The excuse was that they have been very busy and short staffed. Not my issue. Still haven't offered any apology or replacement. More

I have had good experiences with Regal Kia, Jeremy, up front is great, the shuttle driver, Paul. The service guys who have done the work on the car have been great.
