I had an appointment at 12:45. I asked the advisor for an update after the 2 hour mark to which he replied "they should be almost done, the parts have been billed out". About 15 mi I asked the advisor for an update after the 2 hour mark to which he replied "they should be almost done, the parts have been billed out". About 15 minutes later, I walked to the side of the building to see my car still in the same spot it had been so I used my spare key to get in to notice that it not even been started. I asked the advisor why it had not been started and couldn't get a straight answer, only "it won't take long to do" "can you come back tomorrow" "can you come back Monday" I made them aware that I was taking the car out of state during my last service, last week and that was not an option. If it wasn't going to take long to do, why had it not been started/finished after 2½ hours?? Still, no reason why it had not been started. I told them I couldn't wait any longer and asked for the service manager. I did not get to speak to the service manager. I got home and called to speak to the service manager again, was told he was in, forwarded to his line, no answer. I left a message requesting a call back. Nearly 4 hours later, while writing this review, Still no response. Completely unacceptable customer service. I understand appointments and not starting the service if it was a drop off, to an extent, but I was waiting and during that 2 ½ of waiting, I received zero updates like 'hey, we are running behind' or 'sorry we haven't started yet' or anything. NOTHING!! I've been in customer service 20 years and couldn't fathom giving someone that type of service, or lack of. More

My wife and I have been taking our Kias to Regal Kia for servicing for a number of years. The service department people have always been professional, friendly, and courteous. They keep us informed during servicing for a number of years. The service department people have always been professional, friendly, and courteous. They keep us informed during the service as we usually wait for our cars. The waiting area has snacks and hot drinks available. Having my serviced is not one of my favorite things, but Regal Kia makes it a better experience than it could be. More
