Our salesman, Shields, was awesome. I was expecting to be financed through my credit union, who we were preapproved with and were told they work with, but the finance dept never answered the multiple emails financed through my credit union, who we were preapproved with and were told they work with, but the finance dept never answered the multiple emails or phone call from my loan officer.
