Had a great experience in trading vehicles at Jimmy Britt in Statesboro. Got numbers in about 10-15 minutes and test drive. On Saturday afternoon and I called on Monday morning and agreed. Did my financial work on phone and the salesperson delivered to my home on Tuesday. Only thing we don’t really like is tires. I would like to trade tires for some softer ones. Communication is NOT key here! Took my car to get appraised here on a Friday morning and due to a power outrage they could not finish the appraisal at that moment. Was told they would call me later that afternoon to discuss the results, but didn't hear from ANYONE until that next Thursday! This was even after I called and text the person who was helping me in between that time, with no response back. Crazy thing is, even though this guy didn't respond to my texts or calls, I still get an email from him and the VP, saying "its been a while since we heard from you....". Like, xxx?!?! I then responded to the VPs email asking for information regarding my car, and even HE didn't respond back to me! Then some other dude that I hadn't even talked to once calls me to do a courtesy check. I tell him that I brought my car in to get appraised on a Friday and hadn't heard from anyone about it yet (this was the following Tuesday btw!) He then says "oh well when can you bring the car in so that we can take a look at it for you?" Dude, seriously?!? I just told you I had already brought it in last Friday and had yet to hear from anyone about it!! What does he say after that, "oh I'm sorry, ok have a nice day" Not "oh let me check into that for you". Smdh these guys are ridiculous. I do NOT recommend!! More
